The Greek-style cod






















Ingredients (per person):
100g cod fillet
150g cornflakes
1 egg
1/3 leek
sweet and sour sauce
salt and pepper
3 spoonfuls cooking oil

Instructions:
Wash and dry the fish. Sprinkle it with salt and pepper on both sides. Break the egg into a bowl and mix it with a fork. Put the fillet in the egg (both sides). Blend the cornflakes. Put the fillet into the cornflakes (both sides). Heat the oil on a frying pan. Fry the fish about 4 minutes on both sides. Cut the leek finely. Put the leek on your plate. Pour about 4 spoonfuls of sweet and sour sauce over it. Put the fried fish on top. Enjoy:)
