Indian curry

Ingredients:

• chicken breast
• brown rice
• tin of tomatoes
• tin of chickpeas
• onion
• garlic
• yoghurt
• curry
• ginger
• salt
• pepper
• oil

Australian avocado toast

Ingredients (for 2 toasts): 

·         1 avocado

·         2 slices of bread

·         a slice of bacon

·         1 small egg

·         25 g of feta cheese

·         mint leaves

·         lemon juice

·         salt

·         pepper

·         butter for frying

Toast with bacon and egg

Toast with feta cheese

Instructions:

1. Cut the avocado in half.
2. Remove the pit.
3. Remove the avocado from the skin.
4. Mash it with a fork.
5. Squeeze some lemon juice over it.
6. Add some salt and pepper.
7. Toast the bread.

For the toast with feta cheese:

1. Dice the feta cheese. 
2. Chop the mint. 
3. Mix the mint with the avocado mash.
4.  Spread the mash on the toast. 
5. Put feta on it.
6. ENJOY :) 

 For the toast with bacon and egg:

1. Fry the egg on butter. 
2. Fry the bacon on a dry pan. 
3. Spread the mash on the toast. 
4. Put the egg on the toast. 
5. Put the bacon on top.
